Cinematic Storytelling

In August of 2020, the pandemic created the historic opportunity for Harlem Week to commission me to capture its very first virtual concert. Critically acclaimed artist Melba Moore performed songs like Swing Low, Wade in the Water, and the Black National Anthem with her own artistic twist from a City College recording booth where it was live streamed. This clip captures the soulful sound and effortlessly extraordinary range that floated through households, bringing joy and comfort at an unprecedented time for our world.
